1. General provisions

1.1. A User who purchases Goods from the Seller's online store is automatically considered to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the sale of Goods presented in the Seller's online store and the provision of related services.

2.2. The information about the Products presented on the Website is for informational purposes only and is not a public offer.

3. Registration and payment of the order

3.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently on the Website.

3.2. Payment for Goods is made in cash and electronically.

3.3. After placing an order, the Seller sends the Buyer an electronic confirmation of the order.

5. Return of the product

5.1 The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods of proper quality within 3 days from the date of its transfer, if the Goods were not in use, their consumer properties, presentation, packaging were preserved, and there is also a receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.

6. Responsibility of the parties

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Goods or violation by the Buyer of the rules of operation of the Goods.

6.2. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the personal data of the Buyer received when placing the order.

8. Other conditions

8.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of Turkmenistan.
